What to expect in the program:

. Physical exam.

. Diagnostic testing (blood work, EKG, etc.) if indicated.

. Dietary and exercise counseling.

. Medications if needed.

. Vitamin supplements.

. Regular follow-ups.

. Maintenance program once goal weight obtained.

Price of the program is $200 per month for months 1 and 2. Price is
reduced to $150 per month beginning at month 3.
